Short, because there is not much to say. Engagements are governed by their own signed agreement, not by this page.

The site and the specification

The PRML specification and the documents on this site are published under Community Specification License 1.0. The reference implementations are MIT licensed. You may use, quote and build on both, including commercially, with attribution.

The registry

Submitting a manifest to the public registry publishes it permanently. You may submit only content you are entitled to publish, and no personal data. We may decline or refuse a submission, but we do not remove records once written: see privacy for why.

No warranty

Everything here is provided as is. PRML records that a criterion was fixed at a time; it does not make a criterion appropriate, does not evaluate a system, and does not confer compliance with any regulation. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and we are not a notified body or an accredited auditor. Read the specification's own limitations section before relying on it.

Engagements

Pilots and Sprints are contracted separately. Scope, fee, timing, payment terms and data handling are agreed in writing before work starts. Nothing on this page overrides that agreement.

Governing law

Estonian law, with the courts of Estonia having jurisdiction.
